Help with storing a bike while I am hiking

Hi there,
my name is Christine and I am a German long-distance hiker and cyclist. I have hiked the Bibbulmun Track last year and have now come back to Australia to do some more hiking and cycling. Next on my list is the Larapinta Trail and some cycling in NT.
I will start my Heysen Track thruhike mid/end of August.
My question now is:
Is there anyone in Adelaide who is willing to store my bike while I am hiking the Heysen Track?
