Guidebooks for the Heysen Trail

Two guide books have been released by the Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources. Each book contains 54 or 56 individual 1:50 000 topographic maps, each covering half of the Heysen Trail.

These books supersede the previous fifteen strip maps. From time to time, it is necessary to realign sections of the Heysen Trail. View details of re-routes.

These guidebooks are available for purchase from our office/shop. Orders are accepted in-person and over the phone. $30.00 + postage & handling (approx $6 for postage to South Australian addresses). They are also available from leading outdoor stores and map retailers.
